Client-Bank system is software and hardware complex having a number of functions required by the enterprise for remote management of its current account at the bank. Here is some primary functions:
- possibility to make payments from own account with the bank without visiting the bank staying in your office equipped with PC with required software.
- control over cash funds on current account. Authorized employee of the enterprise may exercise control over funds flow on current account without leaving the office;
- obtaining of current account statement, and also daily official exchange rates of the National Bank of Ukraine;
- possibility to keep directory of your counteragents on payments, and that of payment details allowing for faster formation of payment documents. There is no necessity to enter information into each document – ready pattern will be transferred into the payment document from directories;
- delivery by banks of notices about new banking services, current interest rates for loans and deposits, other information which shall be notified to customers as reasonably deemed by the bank. Customer may also turn to the bank at any time that provides for dynamics of information exchange between the customer and the bank.
ADVANTAGES OF CLIENT-BANK SYSTEM
EFFICIENCY. With Client-Bank system payments are made faster. High efficiency is reached due to the fact that payment order in electron form is drawn up once, and this is done not by account manager of the bank, but by employee of the enterprise. Besides, one shall not prepare primary payment documents on paper. Instead thereof once per week one shall prepare the register of electron documents, as the result of what there is no necessity to visit the bank every day in order to make cashless payments. This saves time and funds.
CONVENIENCE. Computerization of preparing of payment orders, memorial orders, requests for currency transfer and other documents, maximum approximation of electron document to paper one significantly simplifies use of the system. Both paper, and electron payment documents sent by the bank are signed by officers of the enterprise, however instead of usual signature the electron one is used.
PROMTNESS AND MOBILITY. Client-Bank system allows to contact the bank without time restrictions, since technical capabilities of most software complexes enable to send documents to the bank and view those obtained 24 hours per day.
